Learn about goal setting, injury prevention, proper running form, clothing, exercising in west coast weather! Our programs will get you moving! 

FITWALK: Stop making excuses.  Exercise is good for you!  This program will turn your walking into a workout.

LEARN TO RUN (no running experience required): You have always wanted to run but don’t know where to start.  Progress  gradually, starting with a very short run time and a longer walk time.

5K (no running experience required): This program is designed to prepare you to run 5K.   This program will be customized  for a variety of goals including “just to finish” all the way up to  running in a 5k race.

10K (20 minute run/walk base required): This program is designed to prepare you to run 10K.  We recommend the completion of the 5k clinic or an ability to run/walk for 20 minutes. This program will be customcustomized foriety of goals including “just" up to running in a 10K race.

HALF MARATHON (must be able to run 10 km): The half marathon group trains with a 10k group of their ability on Monday evenings.  For the remainder of the week, participants follow a  customized 1/2 marathon program.
