Hello Everyone,
Wow what a turnout this Wednesday.
There looked to be 10 or more walkers.
There were 3 from the Clinic Run/Walking 2 and 2 repeats.
There were about 6 runners doing the non stop running.
And there were about anther 6 doing the 9 and 1 run/walk format.
We would love to have more from the running clinnic out so there could be a group running 7 and 3 or whatever set works for them.
CYA all next Wednesday.
