Stay on Tzouhalem to the round-about.Go left on Maple Bay Road to Kingsview (The Properties). Right on Chippewa to Kaspa. Glenora Staging Area (at end of Vaux Rd) http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4006162 http://www.cvrd.bc.ca/index.aspx?NID=210 From Duncan cross the Allenby Bridge and keep right onto Indian Rd. At the end of Indian Rd Turn Right onto Glenora and after about 600 meters turn right onto Vaux Rd. Vaux Rd becomes Robertson near the end but you will see the Staging Area sign at about 2.5 K from Glenora Rd. There are many trail and road runs to choose from.
