· $20 up January 21 $23 January 22 up to when Online entry closes on Thursday, January 24, 2008.

· Entry forms can be submitted by mail or dropped off at Frontrunners
· Mail-in $20 until cut off date of January 19
· Drop-off $20 up January 21 $23 January 22 to 3 pm on January 26 at Frontrunners
· Race Day
· $25 on race morning up to 10:30 a.m. at George Bonner School

· Race packages may be collected on Race Day only, at the George Bonner School from 900AM to 10:45 AM

Directions
|
|
· Heading North: North on Island HWY to traffic lights at Cobble Hill and Kilmalu. Turn left onto Cobble Hill Road.�George Bonner is a short distance up the road on the left.
· Heading South: South on Island HWY to traffic lights at Cobble Hill and Kilmalu. Turn right onto Cobble Hill Road. George Bonner is a short distance up the road on the left.

Race Course
|
|
The is the inaugural run for this course which is a wonderful relatively flat route through predominantly farm land and acreages in the Cobble Hill area about 45 K north of Victoria just past Mill Bay on the Trans Canada. There will be one water stop. The race starts just up the road from George Bonner School. The course is not closed to traffic so runners are expected to keep to the left facing the oncoming traffic. Marshals and traffic directors will be located at all intersections to ensure no one gets lost. Map

Awards

|
Medals are awarded to male and female finishers to 3rd place and ribbons to 10th in each 5-year age group up to 70+.division. Special awards to first overall male and female finishers

Ceevacs Roadrunners is a local running club based in the Cowichan Valley that provides funding back to the community and are proud to support the following organizations The Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Cowichan Sportsplex, The Heart and Stroke Society, The Victoria Burn Fund, Breast Cancer, The Pediatric I.C.U. at Victoria General Hospital, and other health and fitness related charities.
