Swim in a warm lake (no boats) cycle on quiet rural roads and run on trails!

LOCATION: start & finish at Fuller Lake Park 15 minutes north of Duncan before Chemainus turnoff on the Trans Canada Highway. Parking in adjacent arena-no parking in park.

Conquer the Challlenge-what you need to know for race day
Check in Time & Body Marking: 7:00 am
Race Start: 8:00 am
MANDATORY: Bike & Helmet check & race packet pick up: 9-5 pm July 4 & 5 @ Experience Cycling, 482 Trans Canada Highway, Duncan, 746-4041 or www.experiencecycling.ca
NON RESIDENTS: at 7 am there is a day of race packet pick up, bike & helmet check courtesy of Experience Cycling. Please ensure your equipment will pass.
Awards: Top five in each age category. AWAD: Please contact race director
Wet suits are permitted, lake temperature usually 18 - 20 degrees.
Approved helmets are mandatory.
PLEASE...this is a municipal park, leave your dogs at home...or we may lose the use of this park! Its also not very safe for the athletes!!!
