Our Club Just 45 minutes north of Victoria, Vancouver Island, the Cowichan Valley sweeps magnificently from Mill Bay, at the base of the Malahat, to Ladysmith, just south of Nanaimo. It is here that members of the Ceevacs Roadrunners take advantage of the athlete’s paradise with which they have been blessed. The terrain is as varied as the scenery: from Oceanside to mountaintop, there is nothing this valley lacks. Whether you are a walker, a marathoner or a triathlete, Ceevacs has something for you. Weekly Saturday Runs Ceevacs Roadrunners members include runners and walkers of all abilities. People are encouraged to buddy with those of similar ability and interest for these events. Be assured that nobody will be left behind on any club runs. Many runs have both short and longer distance options. Guests are welcomed on our club runs and will be encouraged to join our club and enjoy its many benefits. Dogs are not permitted on “official” club runs although many members organize “unofficial” runs where canine friends are permitted. Please check the website for exact start times and locations as they can vary throughout the year, particularly during summer months.
