Registration: Early registration (until October 18th) is $30. Late registration (October 19th to Race Day) is $35. Please bring any applications dated after Sunday, Oct 19th to Race Day Registration.
Online entry: Via “Events On Line” Follow the directions given. The cut-off date for online entry is midnight Friday, Oct 24th.

To mail in an Entry form: Either download an entry form or pick one up at Frontrunners Langford, Frontrunners Victoria or Frontrunners Nanaimo, B.C. and mail to address shown on registration form. Registrations may also be dropped off at any Frontrunners location. The last date for drop off of registrations at any Frontrunners location is 4:00 pm Friday, Oct 17th.
Race day registration: Race day registration will be at the Shawnigan Lake Community Centre from 7.00 am to 8:15am.
Race Course: The course is a challenging undulating loop around Shawnigan Lake. There will be 3 or 4 water stops on the course, spaced approximately evenly. The race starts at the bottom of the Community Centre parking lot and ends in the Shawnigan Wharf Park parking lot. Dogs are not permitted, except certified assistance dogs. The course will be closed after two and a half hours, however an early start (8:30 a.m.) is available for walkers and any runners who expect to take more than 2 hrs 15 min. to complete the race.
Race Package Pick-up: Race packages may be collected on Race Day only, at the Shawnigan Lake Community Centre, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 am.
Safety: Runners are expected to stay on the left side of the road unless otherwise directed by course marshals. For safety reasons, use of MP3 players or other listening devices is strongly discouraged.
THIS IS NOT A CLOSED COURSE.
Awards: Awards to top 5 in each of the following age categories:
W19&Under, W2029, W3039, W4049, W5059, W6069, W70+.
M19&Under, M2029, M3039, M4049, M5059, M6069, M70+.
A Perpetual Trophy is awarded to the first CeeVacs Roadrunner to cross the finish line. Special Awards are presented to the
first overall female and male finisher.
