The Ceevacs Roadrunners are a running and triathlon club located in beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We encourage, support, promote and organize running, walking, triathlon and other fitness-related events.

Hello Ceevacs Members, Friends and Supporters

 

I am pleased to announce that we have worked through the return to sports protocol and developed the Ceevacs Covic 19 safety plan and are re starting the Saturday morning fun runs.
As part of our return to sports protocol, we will require new waivers and participant agreement signed from all members. The participant agreement outlines the measures to be adhered to protect our fellow Ceevacs members and the community.

Hope to see fellow members and friends on the road and trails.
