Ceevacs Roadrunners Run and Walk Clinic

Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks.

Place: The Cowichan Sportsplex, Duncan, BC

Fee

    • $65 for 2022 Clinic participants up to April 1, 2023, at 5 pm
    • $75 April 1 to June 1, 2023, at 5 pm
    • $85 June 1 to September 4, 2023, at 5 pm
    • $100 dollars on the day of the event, Tuesday, September 5 at check-in – 5 pm – 6 pm

Learn about goal setting, injury prevention, proper walking and running form, clothing, and exercising in west coast weather! Our programs will get you moving!

Location

Meeting at the Cowichan Sportsplex – Ceevacs Roadrunners picnic table at the track.

*Clinic participants are encouraged to register for the Ceevacs Roadrunners Cowichan Autumn Classic. The Cowichan Autumn Classic offers a 5km, 10km, Combo (5 km + 10 km) & Kids 1.2km.

 

    • Over $140 thousand dollars in donations to the Cowichan Sportsplex
    • Over 1440 participants have completed the Ceevacs Clinic
    • An average of 20 coaches per year
    • A total of 352 weeks!!

Restrictions

    • No strollers
    • No pets
    • Teens aged 12 to 19 must have approval from parent/guardian and clinic head coach
