Saturday Morning Fun Runs!
Join us for social group runs every Saturday at 8 AM. Many participants meet up for a post-run coffee, snack, and chat. Locations and dates listed below.* We hope you can join us!

- Aug 8th – Glenora Trails Head Park, 4284 Robertson Rd, Duncan, BC V9L 6S8
- Aug 15th – Fuller Lake, 9323 Poplar Road, Chemainus, BC
- Aug 22nd – Cowichan Bay boat launch parking
- Aug 29th – Chemainus parking near Toilets (opposite Subway)
