Saturday Morning Fun Runs!

Join us for social group runs every Saturday at 8 AM. Many participants meet up for a post-run coffee, snack, and chat. Locations and dates listed below.* We hope you can join us!

Apr 11 : Cowichan Commons (Walmart), 3020 Drinkwater Rd (Bazan Bay – April 12)

Apr 18 : Cowichan Bay Boat Launch, Cowichan Bay Rd (coastal out-and-back, 8–10 km, optional hills)

Apr 25 : Glenora Trailhead Park, 4280 Robertson Rd (CVT toward Holt Creek, 9–11 km, gravel trail)
